1. Manufacturing and Repairs
Orca identified an area in the market for locally manufactured goods. Quality items at local prices. In most cases better quality and local back-up with repairs. Orca has an unspoken policy to support local business. Ever tried to get an imported tent repaired? Orca will look after you.
2. Sales
If you find a product in the mass-market "el-cheep-o" stores, chances are, you won't find it at Orca. The staff is passionate about quality. We are in an industry where you seldom get a second chance.
3. Equipment Servicing
Orca has invested time and money by sending staff on equipment maintenance and servicing courses run from time to time by the manufacturers. The latest tools and machinery recommended by manufacturers have been purchased to comply with local and international standards.
4. Training
With twenty years experience, Orca is in a unique position to offer not only basic training courses, but also the much sought after specialty programs such as DOT Skippers courses, Manpower approved compressor operators, Sea&Sea Underwater Photography etc. Orca is also one of the few able to offer technical courses such as the Drager re-breather course including re-breather rental.
5. Importing
Certain items due to patent rights or branded names are imported either direct or through agents. Orca enjoys a good working relationship, which has developed over the years with many of the top brand names.
